自1976年到1979年作者追踪研究了131名女童和102名男童的最大有氧活动能力。按每年观察时的年龄分组统计资料,他们的年龄范围为12~17岁。研究的指标有身高、体重,根据皮褶厚度计算的瘦体重(LBM)、最大耗氧最(VO_(2max))以及根据上述各项指标派生出来的各项最大耗氧量相对值、骨龄等。使用平板机进行运动,速度为8km/小时,每两分钟升高一次坡度,用道氏袋收集呼出气体,用Scholander方法测定呼出气中的O_2和CO_2。
From 1976 to 1979, the authors tracked the maximum aerobic capacity of 131 girls and 102 boys. According to the age of each observation grouping statistics, their age range of 12 to 17 years old. The indicators studied were height, weight, lean body mass (LBM), maximum oxygen consumption (VO_ (2max)), relative maximum oxygen consumption and bone age derived from the above indexes . The plateau was used to exercise at a speed of 8 km / h and the slope was increased every two minutes. Exhaled gas was collected in Dow bags and O 2 and CO 2 in exhaled air were measured using the Scholander method.
