目的调查某医科大学台湾学生应对方式、孤独、交往焦虑、自尊,研究该群体的心理行为特点,为心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法分层整群抽取某高校台湾学生30名,对照组大陆学生49名,以简易应对方式问卷、UCLA孤独问卷、交往焦虑量表和自尊量表作为测量工具,进行应对方式、孤独、交往焦虑、自尊问卷调查,作比较分析。结果台湾学生与大陆学生在应对方式、交往焦虑没有统计学意义,自尊、孤独有统计学意义。结论该医科大学台湾学生具有孤独的不良心理状态,并且比大陆学生自尊水平低。应对方式、交往焦虑整体水平处于一般水平。发展自尊和克服孤独对提高台湾学生心理健康水平具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the coping style, loneliness, social anxiety and self-esteem of Taiwanese students in a medical university. To study the characteristics of psychological behavior of the group and provide basis for mental health education. Methods A total of 30 Taiwanese students in a university and 49 mainland students in a control group were selected by stratified clustering method. The questionnaires of simple coping style, the solitary questionnaire of UCLA, the questionnaire of interpersonal anxiety and the self-esteem scale were used as measuring instruments to investigate the coping style, loneliness and social anxiety , Self-esteem questionnaire survey, for comparative analysis. Results Taiwanese students and mainland students in coping styles, communication anxiety was not statistically significant, self-esteem, loneliness was statistically significant. Conclusions Taiwanese students in the medical university have a lonely mentality and are lower than mainland students in self-esteem. Coping style, the overall level of social anxiety at a general level. Developing self-esteem and overcoming loneliness are of great importance to improving the mental health of Taiwanese students.
