目的探讨64排螺旋CT仿真肠镜在结直肠癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾分析56例结直肠癌病例的影像资料、临床结果、手术及病理结果。结果本组病理诊断56例结直肠癌,CT诊断52例,诊断符合率92.9%(52/56),定位诊断符合率100%。8例患者合并结肠息肉,5例为多发,共发现结肠息肉14枚。病变侵及结肠浆膜层12例,腹盆腔淋巴结转移9例,肝多发转移5例,腹膜转移4例。多层螺旋CT能对临床分期做出准确评估。结论 CT仿真肠镜可准确显示结直肠恶性病变的大小、形态、边缘及肠壁侵犯情况,有利于准确的临床分期,为治疗方案的确定提供重要参考。
Objective To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT simulated colonoscopy in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 56 cases of colorectal cancer cases of imaging data, clinical results, surgical and pathological findings. Results The pathological diagnosis of 56 patients with colorectal cancer, CT diagnosis of 52 cases, the diagnostic coincidence rate of 92.9% (52/56), the diagnostic accuracy of 100%. 8 cases of patients with colon polyps, 5 cases were multiple, a total of 14 colon polyps were found. Lesions invaded the colon serosal layer in 12 cases, pelvic lymph node metastasis in 9 cases, multiple liver metastases in 5 cases, peritoneal metastasis in 4 cases. Multi-slice spiral CT can accurately assess the clinical stage. Conclusion CT simulated colonoscopy can accurately show the size, shape, marginal and intestinal wall invasion of colorectal malignant lesions, is conducive to accurate clinical staging, to provide an important reference for the determination of treatment options.
