目的提高亲体肾移植手术的护理质量。方法巡回护士通过对患者的术前访视,患者进入手术室的护理以及术后出手术室的护理三方面来配合,从而提高亲体肾移植手术的护理质量。结果术前访视可以了解患者的病情、心理状况,巡回护士可以提前掌握患者更多的信息,从而更好地与他们接触。巡回护士可以提供关于手术室的一些基本介绍、术前的注意事项、亲体肾移植的优势等,对患者所提出的问题耐心解答,安慰患者,给予精神上的鼓励与支持。在患者入室后多与他们沟通,缓解患者对陌生环境的紧张情绪,做任何护理操作都应做到先解释再操作。患者手术结束后的护理主要从安全、保暖两方面出发,保证患者与下一个科室的顺利交接。结论从以上三方面配合要点出发,可以提高亲体肾移植手术的护理质量。
Objective To improve the nursing quality of parental kidney transplantation. Conclusion From the above three points with the starting point, you can improve the nursing quality of renal transplant recipients.
