高中思想政治课课堂教学是个开放的系统,因此,在这个系统中,很容易发生一些突发事件。这就要求高中政治老师能够及时地处理好突发事件,维护好课堂秩序,完成既定的教学任务。能否适时地引发教学机智是评价教师的教学是否成熟的重要手段。本文拟从教学机智的含义、教学机智的影响因素以及如何培养教师的教学机智三个方面展开论述。
High school ideological and political class classroom teaching is an open system, therefore, in this system, it is prone to some unexpected events. This requires that high school political teachers be able to promptly handle emergencies, maintain a good order in the classroom, and complete the established teaching tasks. It is an important means to assess whether teachers’ teaching is mature if they can induce teaching tactics in a timely manner. This article intends to discuss the meaning of teaching tactics, the influencing factors of teaching tactics and how to cultivate teachers’ teaching tactics.
