在150kg 中频炉上以轧钢铁皮为脱硅剂(粒度为-80目),采用喷粉法进行了铁水脱硅试验。试验证明,供氧速度是决定脱硅过程的主导因素。当铁水初始温度为1400±30℃,供氧速度为0.60~1.00m~3/t 铁·min(即供粉速度为3.5~6.0kg/t 铁·min)时,可将铁水硅含量从0.6~0.8%降到0.2~0.15%,甚至更低。如将供氧速度控制在0.60m~3/t 铁·min 以下,可做到优先脱硅并同时“保锰”(脱锰量不大于50%)“保碳”(脱碳量不大于0.10%),温降可控制在~50℃。
