我是去年才调到厂办公室工作的。到厂办工作虽然时间不长,但我注重顺应企业改革之势理顺厂办工作程序,建立必要的管理制度,在短时期内就使厂办工作走上了正轨。一、依靠群众,落实各项管理制度。我厂于1996年初将厂办、党办合并办公。我调任工厂办公室任副主任,分管文秘室、综合室、小车队、招待所的工作。在工作实践中,我坚决贯彻落实巳有的管理制度,使自己很快进入了角色。
