侧重于内燃机机油耗控制中的一个重要因素。以前的研究工作已经通过理论或试验方法建立了气缸孔粗糙度与机油耗之间的关系。在本研究中,利用回归分析和新的瞬态放射性示踪剂机油耗测量法所得到的试验数据用统计学方法推导出了一个数学模型。该模型可预测机油耗随气缸孔粗糙度变化的期望值,并能提出确定和控制最低机油耗的重要气缸孔表面粗糙度参数。
Focus on internal combustion engine fuel consumption control of an important factor. Previous research efforts have established the relationship between cylinder bore roughness and fuel consumption through theoretical or experimental methods. In this study, a mathematical model was derived statistically using regression analysis and experimental data from a new transient tracer oil consumption measurement. The model predicts the expected value of machine oil consumption as a function of cylinder bore roughness and provides important cylinder bore surface roughness parameters that determine and control the lowest machine oil consumption.
