振动压路机是由振动轮内带偏心块的振动轴旋转而产生振动。支承振动轴的轴承是在高速重载下工作,而且还要适应由于振动轴产生较大弯曲的要求。目前国内外振动轴的轴承多数采用双列向心球面自位滚子轴承。在封闭式的振动轮内高速重载下工作的轴承,很容易发热升温,以致咬死损坏。因此,必须采取合理的润滑和冷却方式来提高轴承的使用寿命,延长振动压路机的维护时间。为此,我们对国外引进的和国产的振动压路机的振动轴承的润滑方式和结构进行了分析和比较,并在此基础上,介绍我们在YZJ141型和另一种机型上所采用的润滑结构。
The vibratory roller is a vibrating shaft with an eccentric block in the vibrating wheel that rotates to generate vibration. The bearings supporting the vibrating shaft are operated under high speed and heavy load, and they also need to adapt to the requirement of large bending due to the vibration shaft. At present, most of the vibration shaft bearings at home and abroad use double-row spherical spherical self-aligning roller bearings. Bearings that work in a closed vibratory wheel under high speed and heavy load are prone to heating and heating, resulting in seizure and damage. Therefore, reasonable lubrication and cooling methods must be adopted to increase the service life of the bearing and extend the maintenance time of the vibratory roller. For this purpose, we analyzed and compared the lubrication methods and structures of vibratory bearings imported from abroad and domestically made vibratory rollers, and on this basis, introduced the lubrication structures that we use on YZJ141 and other models. .
