旨在为有效提高川牛膝产量和内在质量提供一定的理论依据。对来自道地产区雅安的10个不同地点的川牛膝,进行了根重、根径、根长和多糖含量测定;并对川牛膝相应生长地块土壤基本养分进行了测定,通过相关分析探讨土壤基本养分对川牛膝主要农艺性状和多糖含量的影响。结果表明不同采集地川牛膝根重、根径、根长和多糖含量均存在差异;其相应生长地块土壤肥力水平皆较高,且不同地块间土壤肥力存在一定差异;土壤有机质和全氮量与川牛膝根长呈显著正相关性(P<0.05),根重和根径与土壤基本养分间相关均不显著;尽管土壤全钾和全磷与多糖含量间相关系数分别为0.5979和0.5232,但仍未达显著水平。土壤基本养分对川牛膝根长有一定程度影响,但对多糖含量影响较小。

Soil basic nutrients had a certain degree of influence on the root length of Achyranthes bidentata, but had little effect on polysaccharide content.
