由武汉市公安干部学院主办的’99武汉第二届公安教育和公安工作理论研讨会于1999年12月28日在该院召开。来自该院、武汉市公安局有关业务部门、分局及武汉大学法学院、中南政法学院有关领导和60多位代表及专家参加了会议。本届研讨会共收到论文55篇,评选出优秀论文一、二、三等奖22篇。此次研讨会的主题:一是公安成人高等学历教育如何向素质教育转轨,尤其是各警种短期培训教育的综合素质训练及其特点;二是深入探讨我国现阶段社会治安新情况、新问题、新特点和新对策以及公安工作改革的新思路。围绕这一主题,与会代表着重交流探讨了以下问题:
Hosted by Wuhan Public Security Cadre Institute ’99 Wuhan Second Public Security Education and Public Security Work Theory Seminar was held on December 28, 1999 in the hospital. From the hospital, Wuhan City Public Security Bureau of the relevant business units, branches and Law School of Wuhan University, South China Institute of Political Science and relevant leaders and more than 60 representatives and experts attended the meeting. The symposium received a total of 55 papers, selected 22 outstanding papers one, two, three awards. The theme of the symposium was: First, how public security education for higher education for public security changed to quality education, especially the overall quality training and characteristics of short-term police education and training; secondly, to probe into the new situation and new problems of social security in our country in depth New features and new measures, and new ideas for public security reform.
