本文对85版《中国药典》收载的生脉饮制法进行了改进。增加65%的乙醇沉淀处理,解决了出现混浊的现象。稳定性实验发现,pH低于5.50以及所含的电解质(NaCl)均易使成品混浊,出现沉淀。
This article has improved the Shengmai drinking method contained in the 85th edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. 65% ethanol precipitation treatment to solve the phenomenon of turbidity. The stability experiment found that the pH is lower than 5.50 and the electrolyte (NaCl) contained in the product is liable to make the finished product cloudy and precipitate.
