目的分析湖南省邵阳地区复杂性肾结石化学成分特点,为其防治提供依据。方法对706例复杂性肾结石采用红外光谱法分析其化学成分,并回顾性分析相关临床资料。结果 706例复杂性肾结石中,混合性结石611例(86.54%),纯结石95例(13.46%)。结论湖南省邵阳地区复杂性肾结石成分复杂,病因复杂,应加强其病因诊断和针对多种病因采用积极的预防性治疗。
Objective To analyze the chemical composition of complex renal calculi in Shaoyang area of Hunan Province and provide the basis for their prevention and treatment. Methods The chemical composition of 706 cases of complicated kidney stones were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, and the related clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 706 complicated renal calculi, 611 (86.54%) had mixed stones and 95 (13.46%) had pure stones. Conclusions Complex nephrolithiasis in Shaoyang area of Hunan Province is complex and its etiology is complicated. Etiologic diagnosis should be strengthened and aggressive preventive treatment should be taken for a variety of etiologies.
