目的 探讨电焊烟尘对机体脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 对 39名电焊工及 6 3名对照者的血清 MDA含量及 SOD、GSH- Px活性进行对照。结果 接触组 MDA含量、SOD活性均高于对照组 ,两组间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血中 GSH- Px与对照组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;MDA、SOD、GSH- Px在不同工龄组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且与工龄组间相关性较小 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 电焊烟尘可引起脂质过氧化和 SOD活性的改变。
Objective To explore the effect of welding fume on body lipid peroxidation. Methods Serum MDA and SOD, GSH- Px activities of 39 welders and 63 controls were compared. Results The levels of MDA and SOD in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) 5). There was no significant difference in MDA, SOD and GSH-Px between different age groups (P> 0.05), and the correlation between them was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Welding fumes can cause changes in lipid peroxidation and SOD activity.
