初中英语综合实践活动课程是以英语学科知识及技能为媒介,学生在英语教师指导下运用各门学科知识及技能自主进行的综合性学习课程。本文探讨了初中英语综合实践活动课程的定义及其目标,提出以主题为核心的课程开发途径。文章结合案例讨论了如何在课程实施中传承本土文化、怎样利用地域资源和非英语学科资源以及培养学生自主学习能力、提升其信息素养和思维能力的方法。
The Integrated English Practice Curriculum for Junior Middle School is a comprehensive study course which is conducted independently by students with the knowledge and skills of English subject under the guidance of English teachers. This article explores the definition and goal of junior middle school English comprehensive practice activity curriculum, and puts forward the theme of the core curriculum development approach. The article discusses how to inherit the local culture in the curriculum, how to make use of the regional resources and the resources of non-English subjects as well as how to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability and improve their information literacy and thinking ability.
