目的:测定原发性高血压患者血清Salusin-α水平,并行颈动脉超声检查,探讨血清Salusin-α水平与动脉功能的关系。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪测定60例原发性高血压患者和60例健康体检者的血清Salusin-α水平,采用彩色多普勒彩色超声显像仪测定受试者颈动脉内径和内膜中层厚度(IMT),计算动脉紧张度、动脉扩张性和动脉僵硬度。结果:高血压组IMT、颈动脉僵硬度与对照组比较明显上升(P<0.05),颈动脉紧张度、颈动脉扩张度与对照组比较明显下降(P<0.05);高血压组血清Salusin-α水平与对照组比较显著下降(P<0.05);血清Salusin-α水平与IMT、颈动脉僵硬度呈显著负相关(r=-0.531,-0.417,P<0.05),与颈动脉紧张度、颈动脉扩张性呈显著正相关(r=0.325,0.529,P<0.05)。结论:Salusin-α可能影响高血压患者的动脉弹性并参与了高血压的发生及不断进展。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the serum level of Salusin-α in patients with essential hypertension and to investigate the relationship between serum Salusin-α and arterial function by carotid ultrasonography. Methods: The serum Salusin-α level in 60 patients with essential hypertension and 60 healthy subjects were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The carotid artery diameter and intima were measured by color Doppler sonography Middle thickness (IMT) was calculated for arterial tone, arterial distensibility and arterial stiffness. Results: The IMT and carotid artery stiffness of hypertensive group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the carotid artery tension and carotid artery dilatation level were significantly decreased compared with the control group (P <0.05). The serum Salusin- (P <0.05). Serum levels of Salusin-α were negatively correlated with IMT and carotid artery stiffness (r = -0.531, -0.417, P <0.05) Carotid dilatation was positively correlated (r = 0.325,0.529, P <0.05). Conclusion: Salusin-α may affect arterial elasticity in hypertensive patients and is involved in the occurrence and progression of hypertension.
