本文对芥蓝中硫代葡萄糖甙组成与含量进行研究。结果表明,HPLC梯度洗脱能很好地分离不同硫甙。二极管阵列(DAD)光谱发现,脂肪类硫代葡萄糖甙在225nm处有一个特征吸收峰,而吲哚类硫甙除在225nm处有吸收峰外,在280nm处还有吸收峰。经鉴定,芥蓝中的硫代葡萄糖甙有7种,主要的硫甙为3-丁稀基GS,约占总量的40%~60%。而4-羟基-3-吲哚基甲基GS和4-甲氧基-3-吲哚基甲基GS的含量最低。4-甲基硫氧丁基GS、3-吲哚基甲基GS和1-甲氧基-3-吲哚基甲基GS的含量中等。
In this paper, the composition and content of glucosinolates in Chinese kale were studied. The results show that HPLC gradient elution can well separate different glucosinolates. Diode array (DAD) spectroscopy found that the aliphatic glucosinolate has a characteristic absorption peak at 225 nm, while indole thioglucoside has an absorption peak at 280 nm in addition to the absorption peak at 225 nm. It has been identified that there are 7 kinds of glucosinolates in Chinese kale, and the main glucosinolates are 3-butane GS, accounting for about 40% -60% of the total amount. While the content of 4-hydroxy-3-indolylmethyl GS and 4-methoxy-3-indolylmethyl GS was the lowest. The content of 4-methylthioxobutyl GS, 3-indolylmethyl GS and 1-methoxy-3-indolylmethyl GS is medium.
