本文观察了蜂花粉对小鼠免疫器官重量的影响及对抗免疫抑制剂的(?)用;用小鼠炭粒廓清法及碳粒定量法分别测定服用蜂花粉小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统及肝巨噬细胞吞噬功能的变化;用血清溶血素测定法观察蜂花粉对小鼠溶血素抗体产生的影响。结果表明蜂花粉有促进吞噬和提高抗SRBC抗体水平的作用。
In this paper, we observed the effect of bee pollen on the weight of immune organs of mice and the use of immunosuppressants (?); Using mouse carbon particle clearance method and carbon quantification method were used to determine the bee pollen mouse mononuclear macrophage system and The changes of phagocytic function of hepatic macrophages were observed.
