随着计算机的普及,医学影像诊断报表的自动实现已成为必然。本文针对DICOM 3.0 (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine 3.0)标准和PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System)特点,设计并实现了一个智能医学影像诊断报表系统,该系统将病人信息从DICOM图像中自动加载,同时对扫描图像能够自主浏览和选取。不仅操作方便灵活,而且避免了传统人工方法将病人图片与诊断报表分离的弊端。该系统有效地方便临床诊断科室医生的日常工作。
With the popularization of computer, automatic realization of medical image diagnosis report has become inevitable. In this paper, according to the characteristics of DICOM 3.0 and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), a smart medical imaging diagnosis report system is designed and implemented. The system automatically loads the patient information from the DICOM images, meanwhile, Scanned images can be viewed and selected on their own. Not only the operation is convenient and flexible, but also avoids the drawbacks that the traditional artificial method separates the patient picture from the diagnosis report. The system effectively facilitates the routine work of clinicians in clinical departments.
