新兴的网络侵权的出现使得传统的侵权理论受到挑战。网络连接服务提供者侵权责任的认定应当在过错责任的原则下,对其责任进行限制,这样才能推动网络服务的进一步发展。
The emergence of emerging Internet infringement makes the traditional theory of infringement challenged. The affirmation of tort liability of network connection service provider should limit its liability under the principle of fault liability, so as to promote the further development of network service.
