作者用动物实验的方法研究了1%溶菌酶眼药水对金黄色葡萄球菌(对氯霉素敏感株)性角膜溃疡的癔合作用。16只家兔均造成5mm 口径角膜溃疡,人工接种金黄色葡萄球菌24小时后以双盲试验的方法分两组作治疗对照。第一组8只兔,一眼点安慰剂(蒸馏水),另一眼点1%溶菌酶;第二组8只兔,一眼点0.4%氯霉素,另一眼点0.4%氯霉素+1%溶菌酶。所有眼药水均以每日4次点眼。结果:角膜溃疡平均癒合时间:蒸馏水72小时,氯霉素54.8小时;溶菌酶48小时;氯霉素+溶菌酶34.5
The authors studied the synergistic effect of 1% lysozyme eye drops on staphylococcus aureus (susceptible to chloramphenicol) corneal ulcer by animal experiments. 16 rabbits were caused by 5mm caliber corneal ulcer, artificial inoculation of Staphylococcus aureus after 24 hours in a double-blind test method divided into two groups for the treatment of control. The first group consisted of 8 rabbits, one placebo (distilled water) and the other 1% lysozyme; the second group of 8 rabbits, one with 0.4% chloramphenicol and the other with 0.4% chloramphenicol plus 1% Enzymes.
