通过数值模拟计算、力学计算验证210t钢铁包耳轴更换维修的可行性及安全性,采用机加工、冷装、焊接及轴套式设计方式更换钢包耳轴。
Through the numerical simulation calculation, the mechanical calculation verifies the feasibility and safety of 210t steel trunnion replacement and repair, and adopts the machining, cold loading, welding and bushing design to replace the trunnion trunnion.
