具有{110}<001>位向3%Si-Fe带适用于频率从102~105Hz的中、高频范围电磁装置铁芯材料。在这一范围内,要求铁损低、磁导率高。最近开发了高取向度材料,把励磁频率和磁通密度作为函数,研究影响铁损的物理参数。铁损和励磁条件之间的关系分成四个区域,这种材料适用于变压器和电器,特别适用于中频领域内高磁通密度装置(最大励磁磁通密度>1T,102~103Hz),如航空电器。
