本文研究了在CTMAB存在下,用钙黄绿素蓝荧光法测定食品中的微量锌(Ⅱ)的实验条件。在本实验条件下,Zn(Ⅱ)与钙黄绿素蓝生成1:1的配合物使钙黄绿素蓝的荧光增强,最大激发波长和最大发射波长分别为353nm和440nm。锌量的线性范围为0.017~0.70μg/10mL,检测限为1.7ng/mL,标准曲线的中间部分的相对标准偏差为1.56%。方法用于测定脱脂奶粉、大米粉、含锌营养食盐中的微量锌(Ⅱ),相对标准偏差分别为2.59%、4.60%和0.49%。
In this paper, the experimental conditions for the determination of trace zinc (Ⅱ) in food by calcein blue fluorescence method in the presence of CTMAB were studied. Under the experimental conditions, the fluorescence of calcein blue was enhanced by the complex of Zn (Ⅱ) and calcein blue with 1: 1. The maximum excitation wavelength and the maximum emission wavelength were 353nm and 440nm, respectively. The linear range of zinc content was 0.017 ~ 0.70μg / 10mL with the detection limit of 1.7ng / mL. The relative standard deviation of the middle part of the standard curve was 1.56%. The method was applied to the determination of trace zinc (Ⅱ) in skim milk powder, rice flour and zinc-containing dietary salt with relative standard deviations of 2.59%, 4.60% and 0.49%, respectively.
