我国民族众多,但少数民族地区经济、政治及文化不发达,各项事业的发展也相对落后。在大力加强少数民族地区图书馆的建设,有利于国内边疆的少数民族地区的教育、文化等事业的发展,有利于促进地区的社会稳定、经济的繁荣。加强少数民族地区图书馆建设,离不开专业化、高素质的馆员队伍作基础保障和支撑。当前国内少数民族地区图书馆馆员队伍建设还存在一些容易忽视的问题,与推进形势和任务要求不相适应。加强对少数民族地区图书馆馆员队伍建设意义十分重大。本论文在介绍国内少数民族地区图书馆特点及发展现状的基础上,围绕少数民族地区图书馆馆员队伍建设问题,阐述了重要作用,分析了存在的问题,提出了对策和建议。
There are many ethnic groups in our country. However, the economic, political and cultural underdevelopment in ethnic minority areas are relatively backward, and the development of various undertakings is relatively backward. Vigorously strengthening the construction of libraries in ethnic minority areas is conducive to the development of education, culture and other undertakings in the ethnic minority areas in the frontier areas, and is conducive to promoting social stability and economic prosperity in the region. To strengthen library construction in ethnic minority areas can not be separated from specialized and highly qualified librarians for basic protection and support. At present, there are still some problems that are easily overlooked in the construction of the librarian team in the ethnic minority areas in the PRC, which are incompatible with the promotion of the situation and the task requirements. It is of great significance to strengthen the building of the librarian team in ethnic minority areas. On the basis of introducing the characteristics and development status of libraries in ethnic minority areas in our country, this paper focuses on the construction of librarians in minority areas, explains its important functions, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
