今后一段时期是天津市实现城市定位、推进滨海新区开发开放的关键时期。面对历史机遇和严峻挑战,天津市只有以科学发展为主题,推动加快经济发展方式转变取得实质性进展,才能在今后的发展中大有作为。本文分析了天津市经济发展中存在的一些不足,在借鉴国内其他城市政策措施的基础上,结合天津市发展的实际,从财税角度对加快天津市经济发展方式转变展开了若干思考。
The coming period will be a crucial period for Tianjin to realize its urban orientation and promote the development and opening up of Binhai New Area. In the face of historical opportunities and harsh challenges, only with scientific development as the theme, Tianjin can make substantive progress in accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development and can make a difference in future development. This paper analyzes some shortcomings in the economic development of Tianjin City. Based on the experiences of other cities in our country, combined with the actual development of Tianjin City, this paper makes some reflections on accelerating the transformation of economic development mode in Tianjin from the perspective of taxation.
