研究了不同燃料分加比例和分加条件对混合料造小球团及烧结过程的影响。结果表明 :在首都钢铁集团公司矿业公司的原料条件下 ,燃料分加使混合料原始透气性略微降低、垂直烧结速度加快。燃料分加小球团烧结时必须注意混合料布料问题 ,否则会破坏烧结过程热制度。在适宜的布料条件下 ,小球团烧结时采用燃料分加工艺可提高烧结杯利用系数、降低烧结矿固体燃料消耗量并提高烧结矿强度
The effects of different fuel addition ratios and addition conditions on the pellets and the sintering process of the mixture were studied. The results show that under the conditions of the raw materials of the mining company of Capital Iron and Steel Group Corporation, the addition of fuel slightly reduces the original air permeability of the mixture and the vertical sintering speed is accelerated. Fuel plus small pellet sintering must pay attention to the fabric mixture, otherwise it will undermine the thermal system sintering process. Under appropriate fabric conditions, the use of fuel addition process can improve the sintering cup utilization coefficient, reduce the solid fuel consumption of sinter and improve the strength of sinter
