通过拉伸、弯曲和硬度等试验以及显微组织分析,对不同焊接热输入和不同预热温度下A7N01P-T4铝合金焊接接头的组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明:当焊接热输入增加和预热温度降低时,接头的抗拉强度有所提高,所有试样均在焊缝处断裂且接头的抗拉强度均满足相关标准要求。除小焊接热输入以外的不同焊接热输入和不同预热温度下的焊接接头均具有良好的弯曲性能。焊缝处硬度最低,接头均无软化现象。接头各区域的显微组织也没有明显变化。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of A7N01P-T4 aluminum alloy welded joint under different welding heat input and different preheating temperature were studied by tensile, bending and hardness tests and microstructure analysis. The results show that when the welding heat input increases and the preheating temperature decreases, the tensile strength of the joint increases, all the specimens are broken at the weld and the tensile strength of the joint meets the relevant standards. In addition to the small welding heat input, different welding heat input and different preheating temperature of the welded joints have good bending properties. Weld at the lowest hardness, joints are not softening phenomenon. There was no significant change in the microstructure in the joints.
