2016年,不寻常的一年。变革中的潞安集团深入推进供给侧结构性改革,壮士断腕,关闭石圪节、忻丰、忻岭和大木厂4座矿井,重新安置职工3645名。有的人分流去了兄弟矿井,而有的人选择到新开发的牡丹种植园上班,大家各奔东西。产能去了,矿井关了,职工转了。在一般人看来,这不过是裁撤了一些,合并了一些罢了。但对于身处其中的人而言,却是不啻陵谷之变,来不及思考,人生的轨道全被转换了。世变无穷,方兴未艾。感受和记录这些响应“舍小家、保大家、为国家”号召的普通人的故事,
