膳食脂肪与维生素E对摄食过量β-胡萝卜素大鼠血浆与肝维生素A及β-胡萝卜素水平的影响

本研究旨在检查由不同脂肪酸组成的多种脂肪对大鼠喂以过量β-胡萝卜素时对肝与血浆中β-胡萝卜素水平的影响,同时也研究过量维生素E摄入对组织β-胡萝卜素与维生素A水平的影响。实验动物选用雄性断奶Wistar Kgoto系大鼠,随机分为5组(8只大鼠/组),并自由摄食如下含不同膳食脂肪的β-胡萝卜素补充饲料:Ⅰ组 8%可可油(饱和脂肪)+2%红花油(富含ω-6脂肪酸的多不饱和脂肪);Ⅱ组 8%橄榄油(单不饱和脂肪)+2%红花油;Ⅲ组10%红花油;Ⅳ组10%红花油+0.2%DL-α-生育酚乙酸酯;Ⅴ组8%步鱼油(富含ω-3脂肪 The aim of this study was to examine the effect of various fatty acids composed of different fatty acids on β-carotene levels in the liver and plasma when fed excess β-carotene in rats and to investigate the effect of excess vitamin E intake on tissue β-carrot Effects of vitamin A and vitamin A levels.
