巷道下山掘进过程中,出矸一直是制约施工进度的难题。在一般施工过程中使用绞车牵引1.5t、3t矿车或者DSJ-80带式输送机出矸,巷道距离超过400m以后使用矿车出矸往返时间长,出矸效率低,难以满足快速施工要求。DSJ-80带式输送机在下山施工有水时不能正常使用。南一采区皮带斜井工程量1082m,坡度16°下山,正常涌水量0.38m3/min,传统的出矸方法难以满足巷道快速施工的要求,经过研究决定,在南一采区皮带斜井施工过程中使用自动卸载式箕斗出矸。
