分层教学作为职业学校改革的新课题,是一件创新性很强的改革,具有涉及范围广、难度大、头绪多、层面复杂等特点,要求我们高度重视,否则将影响分层教学评价与教学效果。近几年,由于就业和招生并轨,在招生政策不断开放的同时,中职学校受发展与生存压力影响,广收初中应届毕业生,如此,新生文化素养不一,数学成绩存在偏差,为适应新形势需要,从根本上解决数学差异大带来的不良影响,必须发挥分层教学的应用价值。
