前列腺素El脂微球制剂(LipoPGEl)除具备扩张血管和抑制血小板聚集的作用外,还具有强靶向性、强生物活性及较少不良反应等特点．可选择性地作用于肝、脾网状内皮系统和炎性病灶或受损器官。我们对2000年12月至2005年12月在我院治疗的72例老年不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者采用LiooPGEl治疗。就其疗效及不良反应报告如下。
LipoPGEl has the characteristics of strong targeting, strong bioactivity and less adverse reactions in addition to its function of dilating blood vessels and inhibiting platelet aggregation. Can selectively act on the liver, spleen and reticuloendothelial system and inflammatory lesions or damaged organs. We treated 72 elderly patients with unstable angina (UAP) in our hospital from December 2000 to December 2005 with LiooPGEl. On the efficacy and adverse reactions reported below.
