针对企业科学研究开发机构档案建设中存在的问题，提出改变传统思维模式与工作方法，重视和规范档案资源的开发和管理，适应企业技术进步和创新活动的需要。
In view of the problems existing in the archives construction of enterprise scientific research and development institutions, it is proposed to change the traditional mode of thinking and working methods, attach importance to and standardize the development and management of archival resources, and meet the needs of technological progress and innovation activities.
