目的了解和掌握克拉玛依市医疗机构消毒质量,防止医院内感染。方法选择本市辖区40家医疗机构,对其室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液、灭菌医疗用品等进行采样检测。结果共采样772份,合格705份,平均总合格率为91.32%,不同级别医疗机构中,市级医院、区级医院、社区卫生服务中心、社区卫生服务站和私营诊所合格率分别为94.41%、90.87%、94.29%、77.78%和87.37%;不同监测项目中,室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液和灭菌医疗用品合格率分别为74.53%、93.63%、93.94%、94.56%和95.56%。结论本市医疗机构总体消毒质量较高,但社区卫生服务站和私营医院合格率较低,尤其是室内空气合格率分别仅为25.00%和45.45%,应加强消毒设备的投入和消毒技术知识培训,建立严格的消毒管理制度,提高消毒质量。
Objective To understand and master the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Karamay City to prevent nosocomial infections. Methods Forty medical institutions in this area were selected for sampling and testing of indoor air, medical staffs’ hands, surfaces of objects, disinfectant used and sterilization medical supplies. Results A total of 772 samples were obtained, of which 705 were qualified, with a total average passing rate of 91.32%. The passing rates of municipal hospitals, district hospitals, community health service centers, community health service stations and private clinics in different levels of medical institutions were 94.41% , 90.87%, 94.29%, 77.78% and 87.37% respectively. The pass rates of indoor air, surface of objects, hand of medical staff, disinfectant in use and medical supplies for sterilization in different monitoring items were 74.53%, 93.63%, 93.94% 94.56% and 95.56%. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in the city is relatively high, but the pass rate of community health service stations and private hospitals is low, especially the passing rate of indoor air is only 25.00% and 45.45% respectively. Technical training of disinfection equipment should be strengthened , Establish a strict disinfection management system to improve the quality of disinfection.
