德育工作一直都是班主任工作中的重要组成部分,处于初中阶段的学生在认知方面、心理发育方面都有着自己的特点,而初中阶段又属于人生的特殊时期——青春期阶段,因此在这个阶段的学生成长中,班主任教师的德育工作就显得尤为重要。那么,在新时代下,初中班主任德育工作呈现出什么样的特点呢?结合这些特点,班主任教师应该从哪些方面对初中生进行德育工作呢?这就是要重点探索的问题。
