June 20, 1988 to 23, by the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources and the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government jointly presided over the “Shenzhen Regional Stability Evaluation Report” review. The meeting formed a leading group headed by Vice Minister Zhang Shishun of the Ministry of Geology and Minerals and Vice-Chairman of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee Li Chuanfang, who hired academic members Jia Fuhai and Sun Dianqing as well as experts and professors of their peers to serve as members of the jury.
