该文对单侧声带麻痹(UVFP)15例用甲状软骨成形术(TP)治疗效果进行声学评价。TP组(TG)与正常声对照组(NG)分别作音强、音频范围声学测定;阅读语声录音供10位专家作声学评定;调查病人在工作场所和社会环境中用声能力。全组均TP术后1年以上,年龄17～83岁。结果,主观声学评定:在音高、语调和响度两组评分相近,在张力、呼吸、声嘶、粗糙、不稳定、全面评分等项目两组值相差较大。声学测定分析,音频平均值TG为16个半音,此值小于NG(37半个音)的一半;音强
This article evaluated the effect of thyroid cartilage plasty (TP) on 15 patients with unilateral vocal cord paralysis (UVFP). TP group (TG) and normal control group (NG) were respectively acoustical intensity and audio range acoustic measurement; read voice recording for 10 experts for acoustic assessment; investigate the patient’s ability to use the sound in the workplace and social environment. The whole group were more than 1 year after the TP, aged 17 to 83 years. Results: In the subjective acoustics assessment, the scores of the two groups of pitch, intonation and loudness were similar, and there was a big difference between the two groups in the items of tension, respiration, hoarseness, roughness, instability and overall score.
