针对食品级镀锡板生产过程中存在的黑灰、锡灰、淬水斑等表面缺陷,采用扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪对缺陷的形貌及产生原因进行了分析,并从淬水段工艺、钝化工艺、涂油量控制、辊面清洁状况、生产环境等方面提出了改进措施,取得了良好的效果。
According to the surface defects such as black ash, tin dust and water quenching spot in the production of food grade tinplate, the morphology and causes of defects were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. Technology, passivation process, oil quantity control, roll surface cleaning conditions, production environment and other aspects of the proposed measures to improve and achieved good results.
