油(气)井在开采过程中,根据油(气)藏原始地层条件的差异,从地层到井口可以释放的能量也不同,同时各个国家和地区由于制定了各自的采油技术政策,因此即使在地质条件相似的情况下,允许释放的能量也不一样.这种能量主要是指压力能,更确切地说是剩余压力能.这种能量摊配到每口井上,可能只有几十匹马力,如果落实到一个大、中型油(气)矿场,就是一个相当规模的动(电)力站,忽视这部份能量的利用,是一大损失.
