在机械零件加工中,经常会遇到一些尺寸精度为IT7级;表面粗糙度不大于R_α0.8μm(光洁度不低于▽7);孔径范围在10~20mm;长径比L/D>5的淬硬小深孔(如图1所示),而对这类孔是不适宜于采用传统的磨削或研磨工艺的。对于上述情况,为了提高生产率,我们采用了高速拉铰工艺,并对刀具几何形状、切削用量及其冷却润滑液选用等方面作了一些探索,得出了较为合理的参数。经生产验证,它不但能确保图1零件所要求的技术指标,而且工效也比磨削加工提高8倍以上。现对淬硬小深孔高速拉铰工艺作一介绍。
In the mechanical parts processing, often encounter some dimensional accuracy of IT7 level; surface roughness of not more than R_α0.8μm (finish not less than ▽ 7); aperture range of 10 ~ 20mm; aspect ratio L / D> 5 Hardened small deep hole (shown in Figure 1), and for such holes is not suitable for the use of traditional grinding or grinding process. For the above situation, in order to improve productivity, we have adopted the high-speed drawing and reaming process, and made some exploration on the tool geometry, cutting dosage and selection of its cooling lubricating fluid, and obtained more reasonable parameters.
