以不同放线菌为试材,采用平板对峙的方法,筛选出3株强拮抗效果的放线菌,并优化其固体发酵条件,以苋菜为供试作物,研究了不同浓度固体放线菌菌剂对苋菜的促生效果。结果表明:放线菌经由固体发酵后获得的菌剂活菌数最高为1.64×1010 cfu·g~(-1),施用3株放线菌菌剂对苋菜均具有较强的促生效果,其中A1和A5为黄赭色链霉菌(Streptomyces silaceus),A2为娄彻氏链霉菌(Streptomyces rochei)。A1菌剂用量为0.1g·kg~(-1)土时的促生效果最优,较对照增产13.35%,继续提高施用量反而抑制苋菜生长。试验结果表明,不同的放线菌菌株的作用机理和作用效果不同,施用量也有差异。
