车辆装配下线后,在起步的瞬间出现异响的情况,经现场排查并对轮毂单元的装配结构进行分析,确认半轴与轮毂单元之间的花键配合间隙为异响发生的根本原因。通过花键的结构优化,增加减摩涂层等措施,解决车辆起步异响的问题,并对以后新开发车型提供开发思路;从设计之初就考虑该风险的影响因素,最大可能地消除异响噪声,提高客户满意度。
