本文介绍一种具有多波长激光输出的半导体激光治疗机的设计与研制,采用新型的瓦级单量子阱半导体激光翼、HeNe激光器与Y型光纤耦合器,整机可从单光纤或四路光纤输出810nm、632.8nm两种激光。本机在激光生物医学应用中获良好效果。
This paper describes the design and development of a semiconductor laser treatment machine with multi-wavelength laser output. It uses a new type of single quantum well semiconductor laser wing, HeNe laser and Y fiber coupler. The whole machine can be from single fiber or four fiber. Output 810nm, 632.8nm two lasers. This machine has achieved good results in laser biomedical applications.
