1.工程概况陶赖昭松花江特大桥位于吉林省北部,第二松花江中游,地理位置为东经125°53′,,北纬44°48′,桥梁轴线与水流交角90°,桥梁全长1597m。主桥采用65+5×100+65m七孔一联预应力混凝土半刚构—连续箱梁体系;主桥主墩采用双薄壁式墩,主桥边墩采用方柱墩;基础全部采用钻孔灌注桩基础。主桥箱梁横断面为两幅分离的单箱单室断面,单幅箱梁全宽13.5m,桥梁横披由箱梁顶板自倾形成。主桥上部箱梁采用挂篮悬臂浇注法施工,全桥两幅共分12个T构,每个T构两侧对称施工,边孔设一段支架现浇段,最后浇注合拢段。陶赖昭特大桥主桥施工时,由于菱形挂篮数量不够,为了加快施工速度,故6T采用三角形挂篮,7T,8T,9T,10T,11T均采用TLZ1400菱形挂篮。 2.悬绕梁施工设备三角形挂篮和菱形挂篮,它们均属于垂直吊杆式,主要区别在于主桁架的形状,其构造见图1、2,主要由以下部分组成。

The whole bridge is divided into two T-structures. The two sides of each T-structure are symmetrically constructed with a section of cast-in-place section at the edge of the hole. When the main bridge of Tao Lai Zhaotong Bridge is constructed, due to the insufficient number of diamond-shaped baskets, the 6T adopts the triangular hanging basket, and the TLZ1400 diamond hanging basket is adopted for the 7T, 8T, 9T, 10T and 11T. 2.
