对离子交换法处理钨矿物原料苏打压煮的母液进行了全面研究,系统测定了不同树脂对WO及CO的吸附性能及两者的分离系数,查明了从上述溶液中吸附WO的最佳条件。在流速为2cm/min的条件下,对含WO327.04g/L,CO12.23g/L,Cl ̄-2g/L及少量P,As,Si杂质的模拟工业料液而言,强碱性阴离子交换树脂D213吸附WO的交换容量达227.9mgWO3/g干树脂.最终解吸液成分符合制取高纯APT的要求,含CO的交后液可部分返回苏打压煮过程以回收Na2CO3。
The ion exchange method was used to study the mother liquor of soda boiling raw material of tungsten mineral. The adsorption properties of WO and CO on the different resins and the separation coefficients of the two resins were systematically determined. The optimum conditions of adsorbing WO from the solution . Under the flow rate of 2cm / min, for simulated industrial liquid containing WO327.04g / L, CO12.23g / L, Cl ~ -2g / L and a small amount of P, As and Si impurities, strong basic anion Exchange resin D213 adsorption WO exchange capacity of 227.9mgWO3 / g dry resin. The final desorption solution is in compliance with the requirements for preparation of high purity APT. The post-treatment solution containing CO can be partially returned to the soda autoclaving process to recover Na2CO3.
