以26份不同居群的滇龙胆资源种子为材料,采用室内生物测定的方法,研究了在同一浓度下的核桃叶、茶叶、桉叶提取液对不同来源滇龙胆种子的化感作用。测试结果采用化感作用效应指数(RI)进行评价。结果表明,3种叶片的提取液在0.2%浓度下,对滇龙胆种子的萌发均有一定的抑制作用,其化感作用的强弱依次为:桉叶>茶叶>核桃叶。根据不同提取液的种子萌发率均值进行聚类分析,当距离为1.79时,26份滇龙胆种质资源,可分为4个类群。其中第Ⅰ、Ⅱ类群,具有较高的发芽率和一致性,化感效应指数低,生产上用该类种源与核桃树和茶树进行复合种植是可行的。
Twenty-six Gentiana macrophylla seeds from different populations were used as materials to study the allelopathic effects of walnut leaves, tea leaves and eucalyptus leaves extracts from different origins of Gentiana daidzein seeds at the same concentration using indoor bioassay. The test results were evaluated using the Allelopathic Effect Index (RI). The results showed that the extract of three kinds of leaves at 0.2% concentration on germination of Gentiana had some inhibition, the allelopathic effect of the order: eucalyptus> tea> walnut leaves. According to the average seed germination rate of different extracts, clustering analysis was conducted. When the distance was 1.79, 26 Yunnan Gentian germplasm resources could be divided into four groups. Among them, the first and the second group have high germination rate and consistency, and the allelopathic effect index is low. It is feasible to use these provenances for the compound planting of walnut tree and tea tree.
