目的 :研究正常的新疆维族成人颅颌面的形态结构特征 ,并接骨骼类型分别建立正常参考标准。方法 :采用聚类分析法对新疆乌鲁木齐市大专院校 18~ 2 5岁维族正常学生 93人的 85项指标进行指标聚类 ,根据聚类图并结合临床使用情况 ,在每一类中选出 1~ 2项能较全面反映颅、颌、牙特征的测量项目。以有代表性的测量项目作为分类指标对 93例样本进行样本的多元聚类 ,并用Bayers判别分析对其结果进行验证。结果 :维族正常成人 93例被分成水平趋向型 (4 0 % )、平均型 (4 3% )、垂直趋向型 (17% ) 3种骨面类型 ,按不同的骨骼类型建立了维族成人正常标准值。结论 :正常群体中 ,颅颌面内部形态结构存在较大差异 ,按不同骨骼类型在新疆维族成人中分别建立头影测量正常值是必要的
OBJECTIVE: To study the morphological features of the skull and maxillofacial region of Uygur adults in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and establish the reference standard of normal uterus with the type of skeleton. Methods: The cluster analysis was used to cluster 85 indicators of 93 normal Uighur students from 18 to 25 years old in colleges and universities in Urumqi, Xinjiang. According to the cluster graph and clinical usage, Out of 1 to 2 can more fully reflect the cranial, jaw, tooth characteristics of the measurement items. A total of 93 samples were clustered by using representative measurement items as a classification index, and their results were verified by Bayes discriminant analysis. Results: Ninety cases of normal Uygur adults were divided into three types of osteophytes: horizontal trend type (40%), average type (43%) and vertical trend type (17%). According to different skeletal types, standard value. CONCLUSIONS: There is a big difference between the internal structures of craniofacial and maxillofacial populations in normal population. It is necessary to establish cephalometric normal values in different Uygur adults with different skeletal types
