从地肤Kochia scoparia(L.)Schrad的干燥成熟果实中又分离得到两个五环三萜皂甙。经理化及光谱分析,确定其结构分别为3-0-{[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)]-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→3)]-β-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸}—齐墩果酸(Ⅶ)和3-0{[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)]-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸}—齐取果酸-28-0-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)甙(Ⅷ),这两种皂甙均系新化合物,分别命名为地肤子皂甙B和C。
Two pentacyclic triterpene saponins were isolated from the dried mature fruits of Kochia scoparia (L.) Schrad. Managerial and spectroscopic analysis to determine their structure as 3-0-{[β-D-glucopyranose (1→2)]-[β-D-xyloxyloose (1→3)]-β-pyrazole, respectively Glucuronic acid}- oleanolic acid (VII) and 3-0 {[β-D-glucopyranose (1→2)]-[β-D-xylopyrose (1→3)]-β -D-glucuronic glucuronic acid} - obtained from -28-0-[beta-D-glucopyranoside] guanidine (VIII). These two saponins are all new compounds named Kochia saponin B. And C.
