科技英语(English for Science and Technology,简称EST)目前已发展成为一种重要的英语语体,七十年代以来引起了国际上广泛的注意和研究,尤其是我国加入WTO后,科技文章发挥着越来越重要的作用,现在研究科技英语的特点及其翻译无疑有着重要的意义。本文将主要从科技英语的定义、范畴、特点、汉译特点,结合中英文化、思维差别展开讨论。
